Looking for block module to assign/change taxonomy terms without editing a node

I'm looking for a block/module that allows users with appropriate node editing privileges to assign/change taxonomy terms associated with a given posting without having to edit the node.
This functionality would be similar to http://drupal.org/project/og_audience, which allows a user to change group affiliation of a posting without having to edit the node.
Can anyone point me to such a module?

Bump. I'm looking for this functionality as well. My specific purpose is to have certain users view image nodes (not edit them!) and be able to modify the taxonomy terms.

Two modules that i can think of: http://drupal.org/project/community_tags and http://drupal.org/project/comment_alter_taxonomy.
