Expiration Date fo Profile

I would like to be able to use the Profile mod to track certifcation dates.

When I create a profile form and ask for name, address and so on. I want to be able to add a date field that the user can enter an expiration date. So if their drivers lic is going to expire 6-1-2008. I want to have the ability to have a certain group within drupal to be notified that user (x) is within 30 days of their drivers lic. expiring or 60 days or 90 days.

I was thinking if when you add a date field, have a check box that says "Expiring" and then a dropdown that says <30, <60, <90. and a field where you can choose who is going to get notified when that criteria is meet. The user ofcouse and someone else like the administrator or something.

this would be very useful for those of us who use Drupal within a company enviroment. I am not sure if there is a MOD out there that already does this. I have looked but haven't had much luck.
