I have created a contact form, it looks nice, and it fill the purpose I need. I realised that when I fill and click on sent it send an auto message to sender without problem but it does not send the contact form to the receiver.

How can I fix this problem

This is a problem you are having with the CORE Drupal module "Contact.module" not Contact Forms. Hopefully you have fixed it by now. If not, try disabling captcha and seeing if it works.

It works fine now but I get the data 48hrs later :( I am not sure what cause this delay,

That will be caused by your webhost mailserver.
