I'm having this weird issue where if I'm logged into Drupal, everything looks fine. But when I'm an anonymous user in Drupal, the front page of Drupal doesn't load the CSS. What is wrong?

Probably something to do
Probably something to do with page caching and and css compressions. A good start would be to go to: admin/settings/performance, turn off "aggregate and compress css files" and see if that fixes the problem.
