hour validation checkbox not saved

Description
When configuring the field, there is a checkbox to enable validation of endhours vs starthours, the state of this field is not saved.

i think this patch is incuded in v. 1.4, but i got the same problem, that the state of the fields are not saved.
it doesn't change anythink, when i disable validation of endhours vs starthours.
thx for help.

I'm sorry, but i couldn't retrace this. For me the checkbox state is preserved.
