Gallery - is it possible to make a multiuser gallery with voting system and uploading videos?

In my site i need to display images under one menu with the help of image gallery with voting , and videos in another menu with the help of video gallery with voting , also the third menu named "Top Rated" has to handle only the toppest rating images and videos

I am searching for a module for it

On my opinion please try album photos module , there every user can create their own albums also they can change the photos from album and they can vote with the help of voting api module

This is the best module i say because of its features, it supports random pictures, latest pictures , also you can view the other images which you have uploaded as same as flickr

But you have to write sql query to pick the best voting images , this thing can also be done easily

I use the modul and like it very!
Can you tell me, how I can view the best voted pictures?
I need a site were the users can see the top voted!
