I've made a simple patch so that the book module goes through the right hoops when outputting the print stylesheet. Why is this important? So that I can override the print stylesheet in my theme!

Can this also be committed to the 4.6 branch, since the next release of CivicSpace will be built on that branch and my themes need this patch to be in it...? I wasn't sure how to post this for both 4.6 and HEAD.
