There is an issue where the imagefield crop box is not being displayed (in any theme) in the collapsable field. This is was verified with a new Drupal 5.7 install (PHP 5.2.3) with imagefield-5.x-1.2, imagefield_crop-5.x-1.0, jquery_interface-5.x-1.0, and jquery_update-5.x-1.0.
