-#141285: Taxonomy fields are now dynamically added using AJAX. If removed they are positioned off screen, so entries into fields aren't deleted by accident. While the taxonomy fields are loading, an animated gif is displayed.
-#185082 and #208729: Taxonomy fields are now usable in field groups. There is a new menu to add the fields into existing groups as well as the weight for the loading animation('Manage fields'). If a group gets added this way to a content type without the group, a dummy group with weight '0' is created. Optional empty field group can be hidden.
-#232985: Fixed.
-New AJAX menu to enable taxonomy fields for vocabularies and ancestor setting for child terms.
