I've made a few pages documenting with screenshots how to install drupal. Quite a few people, I'm sure, can't get their minds over the no-install script hurdle, when in fact, it's not so much a hurdle as a small jump over a puddle.
So I've come up with my Visual Guide to Installing Drupal. Its audience is people (like me) who don't have a programming background, dont' have shell access, think that "php" is a degree they give doctors after they graduate med school, etc. You know, those "shopping" for a CMS.

Nice effort. I just thought that, on this page, you could add what the files folder will hold. Also, is 777 an absolute must or even 755 will do?
Similarly, a note about the purpose of robots.txt will help.
