How i can make on screen alarm for the user when he logon and he have new request, i mean with out the need for check my friends menu

done , user will see a pending message if there are any when they first login.

I install the new version, when i press My Friends the list will be empty. while a msg will say you have(x)4 friends. did i do something wrong?????
