Hi,

What is the state of the dynamicload module?

I'm trying to build a panel with two pages.
When the user submit a form on the left page I want the right page to reload.

How can I load the Head version to try it?

I am not actively maintaining or developing dynamicload. It is very uneven. There are some useful approaches in there but others that are unfinished. It would need a basic rewrite to be stable. You can download it with the 5.x dev version, http://drupal.org/node/113162.
