How do I reset/restore block regions?

Description
After installing and using the CCK Blocks module I discovered that it removed all of Denver's custom regions from the block administration page. I've disabled CCK Blocks but that did not fix the issue. See: http://drupal.org/node/233472
All of my user1, user2, etc. blocks are now listed as under denver's block administration page and I can't change them back since they are not in the dropdown. How can I reset/restore denver's regions so the block page sees them again?
