highly capable designer and developer wanted

i'm looking for a highly capable designer+developer (ideally one person or a double-team) to develop a social platform for sharing creative stories. the key features are registration, authentication, subscriptions, messaging, upload/download of multi-media content, bookmarking and a way to track activity in a profile. i need to identify people with very good skills and a very creative touch for the distinctive design that i have envisioned for this. ideally looking in the UK, preferably within easy reach of London, to ensure smooth management around the project as clear communication and close collaboration are key. i have a very detail technical spec, and aim to go live in june 2008. looking for a very professional approach to get this off the ground, and would appreciate serious responses from people with proven ability to create exceptional web sites - portfolio of beautiful work.
