Hello All, I have enabled clean url in my website.It is working absolutely file but for some module like blog, comment etc links are not taking base path and clean url.
My Drupal project is in subfolder. In the blog page links like "user'blog" and "Add New comment" link is going to main website link www.website.com/?q=comment/reply/7 but it should go link www.website.com/subfolder/comment/reply/7. This same problem with some other module also link views, privatemessage, CCK.

i am suffering the same problem with the latest v5 drupal.

I am unable to reproduce this. Can you confirm this problem still exists using 5.12 ?
