Issue Summary
Hello, I don't know how to use CVS but I'd like to contribute this french translation for notify module in 4.6 version. Please add it to the module distribution, cheers.

unfortunately not all string in the notify module get translated, MASTER SWITCH and DETAILED SETTINGS are at least 2 of the strings that don't get translated.
I think I used the MOT file provided, so developers may want to look into this in order to release a more complete .MOT file, so that I can translate the module completly.
Please advice me when you have made the changes, thank you.

as well as "my notify settings" the first string that people should see about this module in their member profile, this string is not translated as well (so certainly not in the .mot file)
