This would be useful it the external link changes and all we would like to do is a quick url change

I agree, this is a must have. The current "Reset" and "Delete" options are great but an "Edit" option is also needed in the operations column for users who make a typo or would like to amend an existing go URL.

Setting to HEAD as all changes must be developed for 6.x then possibly backported.

It would also be great if there were two counts:

> one overall count
> one count since the last edit

Another question would be:

How difficult is it to add a filter form where one can enter two dates in order to obtain the count between the two dates?

Implementation could be interdependent with http://drupal.org/node/1300748 in terms of the creation of a second page to display more in-depth data for each redirect.
