We have just recently launched a Bed and Breakfast Directory listing website for Victoria BC Canada. We do own numerous domains for other cities and plan to clone this site once we have a good idea of how well it works. The site contains full web page listings with picture, write up, website link, meta tags, a reservation form, 5 star rating system, customer reviews, thickbox photo gallery, google maps.

We used Ubercart for purchase a role of "property manager" with a one year renewable subscription and a "Property Listing" content type and Node Profile module to allow customers to update their listings. Some of the main modules that we have used are : cck, cck fieldgroup tabs, fivestar, form filter, gmap, imagecache, jstools, jump menu, location, nodeprofile, login destination, nodewords, sifr, thickbox, ubercart, views, voting api, workflow_ng, some custom modules and a bunch of smaller modules.

I think you have wasted some space on top left corner, may be you can close that space by introducing some logo.
Size of google ads table is small compared to the space available in the right column.
I think you missed bit top border for property search and innkeeper login check that out(may be you missed it or part of design).
Its a pretty good site.

Thanks for your input. The top space was done purposely by the designer to make the layout a little more dynamic than just a square looking design. As for the Google Ads table, you are right, the main text was just recently increased and I should use a different size of Ad to fill the space properly. I hate how Google Ads only gives you certain dimensions to work with but I should be able to find one that fits better. I'm not sure what you mean about the top border for the property search and innkeeper login? Can you please clarify.

There is no border in top of 'P' for property search and 'in' for innkeeper login.
Do we need to register to search. Just give 'health' as a search key and watch what happens. It shows some fields then disappears.
You can use search404 module, which will display related results, even if their is no exact match with search key.
