Addresses and Google Maps question

I want a node to contain one or more addresses that have Google Maps attached to them. I want to be able to label these addresses. For instance, a node might contain an address labeled "Hometown" and another labeled "High School". I've tried the Locations module, which seems to work great except that I can't figure out how to label the addresses. I've also tried the CCK_address module and the see_map module but I can't get a see map link to show up for a CCK_address. Seems like there is something I'm missing here. Any ideas, or can anyone point me to a site that is doing this successfully? Thanks.
