To my surprize i found the following error on my LIVE site http://www.fenixdtours.hr:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'sites/all/modules/token/token.inc' (include_path='\.:\') in /var/www/vhosts/xxxxx/httpdocs/sites/all/modules/token/token.module on line 14

Drupal 5.5
Apache 2.0 RadHat
MySQL - 5.0.51a-log

Just found out that it is a server issue, not drupal nor token.
