ANyone have this problem.
I figured it out, because in ie7 css would not load. After disabling tons of modules, I disabled extrenal links and css stopped breaking.
Not sure what it is, maybe it's conflicting with another module.
It works fine in firefox.

cgdigitaltreats commentedupdate, this might also be tagadelic, I had to disable that also.
so at this point if I enable either module, works fine in firefox, but css breaks in explorer.
I updated the date and token module, using the date2. I'm wondering if this is related to a token module problem.

quicksketchExtlinks has less than 10 lines of CSS and doesn't affect anything outside of links. I doubt that it is the culprit considering I can't see any issues on my sandboxes nor have there been similar reports from other IE users.

crosendahl commentedPossibly due to the 31 css file limit that IE7 has. Adding the extra module might be putting you over that limit.
