Hi guys,

Is there any plans to port this to Drupal 6.1? There are a lot of people like me who are eager on D6.1 instead of D5.x and this utility is critical for non-geeks!

Hi,
Until your request i was not thinking to move 6.x. Becauese i do not have any information about how many people are interested with this module. So giving this desicion is dependend upon the request form the community.

Hi bakyildiz -

I know many people are moving to 6.1 especially those who don't make extensive use of customizations with esoteric modules. For those people the move is rather simpler because they are purely a web content management platform users.

Historically, Tiny and FCK have big momentum. In silicon valley YUI and Google tool kits are both receiving high degree of interests.

Unless this is a massive effort, I recommend porting it and making it available as a viable choice to people who are downloading Drupal 6.1. Using rich editor is a most basic need and should likely be in the core.

YUI rocks.

Okey. I said few weeks. But yui and yuimenu for Drupal 6.1 is ready for use.
Use yui 6.x-1.1-1 and yuimenu 6.x-1.1-1.
