Improve User access control lists UI

I would like to suggest:

- Allow searching and LISTING for users (instead of choosing just 1 user from the autocomplete entry field). This way, one can grant access to more than one users in one go.

- Group the View, Update, Delete access into a table, similar to the Role access control setting. So one can grant multiple access (e.g. all 3) to a user easily. And this can provide a easy-to-view summary of all the user accesses.
