Use keys_api for Google key management

The module should use the keys_api module to manage the key. This is useful, not only to remove the duplication in the settings, but also make it easier when switching between development sites and furthermore, in the future, when using multisite solutions such as domain where the key will need to change depending on the site the page is viewed on:
