Empty ACL record remains

1. Add user to ACL through CA form. grant View.
2. Remove user from ACL.

Currently there is no user, and no node there - but the ACL remains (attached image).
Solution here IMO should be deleting the ACL immediately.

More difficult is the case when user unchecks in the settings 'per node'. Maybe 'rebuild permisions' should somehow take care of it? - not sure.
