Initial stable release, reviewed and tested by the community of project application reviewers.

This release has undergone a complete refactoring in preparation for D8 and to make it extensible beyond various proof-of-concepts developed to date. As a result, most of the advertised features have been removed temporarily in order to refactor core functionality. Core functionality that is maintained is ability to create a block thru the ui with the intent to test the connection to the BACnet server using either SOAP or RESTful web services.
