I installed and enabled the beta version of this module today. I followed all instructions for set up and implementation from this thread: http://drupal.org/node/196580. I tried applying the post_count snippet to my node.tpl.php. Upon saving that change, my site become white and un-themed.

Are those instructions still valid?

I am on Drupal 5.5 with PostgreSQL.

Just tested this, using PostgreSQL also, for myself and that snippet worked fine. I was using the -dev version of the module, so maybe you could give that a try?

That snippet is still valid though (or should be!) :)

Am assuming this has been resolved as it's been a while with no reply. If not, please feel free to re-open the bug and maybe upload a copy of the theme file you're trying to add statistics to.
