Drupal doesn't realize newly downloaded theme

I downloaded art 4 green theme from

http://ftp.drupal.org/files/projects/art4_green-6.x-1.0.tar.gz

and I put it to my sites/all/themes

however my drupal doesn't see it. What is the problem ?

Did you expand the file?

It's not sufficient to simply upload the distribution file to the themes directory. You must expand the distribution file to create the theme's component files/directories and place them in the /sites/all/themes/art4 directory.

You mean to unzip ? I just unziped the files and put it to the directory. I also uploaded another theme with the same way and it works. But this art 4 green doesn't work.
