naheemsays commentedDrupal can show Drupal forum posts on the front page, even if those posts were imported from phpBB.
If you mean showing posts that are still in phpBB, that is not covered in this module which only imports phpbb data, but does not create a bridge to an external forum.
If it is the latter you want, there is another module called phpbb which integrates with an external phpBB forum and may or may not provide what you are looking for.
