From the project description:
There are some needed updates to jCarousel that need to be included in the project, after which it's hoped that the jCarousel module will be updated to include the updated project. Once that's done, it's planned to remove the jCarousel code from this module and change it to require the jCarousel module.
jCarousel is still in the DRUPAL-5 branch, so this is still accurate.
Yet you list jCarousel as a dependency. So… either it's a dummy dependency, or you've got dummy code in CVS.

jcfiala commentedIs it? I swear I'd removed jCarousel from the DRUPAL-5 branch. Then again, I'm not really very good at CVS. I'll try to look at that soon and see what I can figure out.
jcfiala commentedYeah, I just downloaded an official tarball of the nodecarousel, and it doesn't have the jcarousel subdirectory. So, you're seeing cvs noise.
I thought I'd deleted it properly...

wim leersHm, odd, I thought I also saw the .js file. And yes, CVS is uncapable of truly removing directories. That's one of the things SVN gets right.
I guess this issue is solved then :)

wim leersWoops!
That was *not* the problem. The problem is that the project page is not yet updated, it suggests that there is *not yet* a dependency on the jCarousel module, but there is. Sorry for not making that clear enough.
jcfiala commentedHa! I see what you mean, now. I had put it in under 'Dependencies', but I hadn't removed that second paragraph.
I've just removed it, so I'll close this.
