chrisshattuck commentedHi Teacherguy,
Just in case this was a case of downloading a package that had an error, please download the latest package (sometime in the next 12 hours). As far as I know, there wasn't anything in any of the recent versions that would cause that error. If a fresh install with a new package doesn't cure the problem, please post back here.
Thanks!
Chris

Yakumo commentedSame issue on localhost, it's the only issue I've got.
PHP 5.2.4
Apache 2.2
I only downloaded super nav from her yesterday, and installed to a fresh install of drupal 6.2.

Yakumo commentedThis was fixed immediately when I enabled Clean URLs in the Drupal options!
Turning Clean URLs off breaks it again shortly after cache cleared and page refreshed.

chrisshattuck commentedHi folks,
I have applied the following patch to the Drupal 5 dev version, which should correct the dirty URL problem: http://drupal.org/node/244459. Let me know if you run into any other problems.
Thanks!
Chris
