colanAs soon as someone uploads a patch and it gets tested, I'll create a release. I won't be working on this myself unless someone provides me with funding.
By the way, if it's assigned to you, it means you're the one working on it. ;)

colan"Patch (code needs work)" is for when someone needs to rework a previously uploaded patch. I don't see a patch here anywhere, so I'm setting this back to "active". Also, I'm unassigning it. If you really are working on a patch, please reasssign it to yourself. Thanks!

juliopp commentedSorry, I didn´t know that "Patch (code needs work)" is for when someone needs to rework a previously uploaded patch. :)
And, yes. I´m really working on a patch.

mgcarley commentedI'm not sure how far along you are juliopp but I am preparing to upgrade this to Drupal6 (I got funding to do it). If I get something workable I will upload it.

jorisx commentednice,
patch the last D5 release of this module and it works nice with D6.5 :-)
Any thoughts on releasing a real def. version of this module?
Would it also be possible to login with just a code? (instead of using the code together with creating a new account)?
And then later be able to create an account ?
so only people who received a code can view the site or parts of the site.
I would be very interested with an module that has this :)

edward.peters commentedI too would be very grateful for a proper release as soon as feasible.

danielnolde commentedHey regcode-users,
i just posted a ready-for-review proposal of a completely reworked new regcode.module.
This is still D5, but i'm planning to upgrade it to D6 within June if it get's reviewed, thoroughly tested and becomes officially new version of regcode. Since Colan (regcode maintainer) seems to habe limited time for new versions or upgrades, I guess this would be the way to an official and feature-rich D6 and later D7 release of regcode.module.
Check it out, test it and give feedback whether you think it's ready to be committed:

cheers,
daniel
