E-commerce looks very nice, but I'm wondering when it will be ported to Drupal 6. On the project page it says it will be released after Drupal 6. It's been a while since then. Is any work going into it at the moment?

the project page states in total:

Drupal 6 has no release date fixed yet. The original plan is to release some time after Drupal 6 itself, but it can be released later.

I think you'd be better off removing the second sentence from that comment altogether. I arrived at this bug essentially wondering the same thing.

I'm also keen on a drupal 6 port of e-commerce. It was mentioned here at http://drupal.org/node/224916 that it would be ported once e-commerce v4 was released, it's currently in Alpha.

just updating this thread. A beta version of Drupal ecommerce for Drupal 6.x has just been released from the project page
