Description

I want people that have a windows computer to test out this new windows client for git.

This doesn't directly got anything to this with Version Control API and the git backend it self. But this client is very needed for the possible adoption of git in the (near) future.

Bring some feedback here, and let us hear what you think. Linux is well supported both from cli and graphical user interfaces. And I believe that OSX is too. This has left Windows users out in the cold in the past, but this is all about to change now :)

That's still not a reason to open a "critical" issue in the Git backend's issue queue. Git is a major coolness, and I'm sure msysgit is too, but this issue queue is about letting Drupal talk to Git, and not about general Git promotion or drupal.org migration plans. There are discussion groups on groups.drupal.org that are far more suited for such matters.
