The RSS enclosure will be created even if there is no valid mime type which is required http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/rss/rss.html#ltenclosuregtSubelementOfLtite...
This patch only fixes this. See #119710: Media RSS support for Video module for the MRSS namespace correction (and both).
