Access Denied Error

Hi - last week I was in a hotel, trying to comment on my site, and got the error below. Since then 10 or so people have emailed me saying they got the exact same error - but none are in hotels, all are home or work on different access points.

I can't find this ip address in the spam filters, or in my htaccess. Any ideas where else I could look?

Private address

That's a private address that should never be visible on the Internet.

ok - i updated to the latest spam module and the problem still exists and now when i get feedback emails they include:

IP Address: http://whois.domaintools.com/172.16.10.3

any other ideas?
