In the new - awesome - preview, it could be nice if before the Settings, it would indicate if some change was made. Like this user doesn't have to look all over the text, to see if a component was enabled.

Indeed, it would be awesome if it could do this. Just check to see if the text matches the last one? (E.g. is === ?)
