How to: Staff Directory

I'm looking at creating a staff directory page. I create the content type using CCK, and i have views and contemplates installed.

I'm now sure what the best way to do a staff listing. I want to list all staff members alphabetically on one page, with the First letter of the last name
as a heading like so:

Adams, Samual



Appleseed, John

...

Franklink, Ben



...

Washington, George

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
