I have no idea how ive done this but I cant login because the login section has gone from the front page.. is there a command line i can login with or anyone know whats happend.. Many thanks.. K>

use http://yoursite.com/?q=user
or
http://yoursite.com/user when clean URLs are enabled.

On Drupal 7, I managed to do the same thing somehow; playing with menus and blocks and I lost my login area. If I use the suggestions above, I get a page not found error.

Ok, never mind: you need to LITERALLY type "user", not your user name.
