text alignment with TinyMCE

Description
after installing TinyMCE 2.1.3 the default text alignment in the Body text area is misaligned(see attached screenshot). I tried otherthemes and this isn't an issue so I suspect there is a div or class in the CSS thats causing this. Tried this in drupal 5.3 and 5.7 and get the same problem unfortunately

It did not solve the problem with TinyMCE, which I like, but I switched to FCKeditor. It works okay.

Hmmmm...FCKEditor does not work okay now.
