Easy images

Are there any nice ways of managing images and adding them to posts?

I'm currently using KCKeditor and it'd be nice if there was a way of adding images without having to copy URLs. When I've finished creating the site it will be managed and run by a group of less technical people and I'm trying to make it as easy for them to use as possible.

Ideally I'm looking for a way of being able to pick your picture from thumbnails of previously uploaded pictures, upload new pictures easily and add more than one picture to an article.
