When I am on a node which does not allow comments then in the Subscribe fieldset the "On comments" checkbox is not shown. It makes sense not to show it in the "To this post" row, but it should be shown in the "To group:" line because other content in the group may allow comments.

This may be a bug in subscriptions module.

It is caused too in subscriptions-beta12 by #243236: subsriptions beta12 subscribe widgets are not rendered at og/manage/NID.
