Hi - I have a company directory (http://www.centernetworks.com/webdir) - currently it sorts by company name. I'd like people to be able to type in a letter of the alphabet and only see those companies, or select a state and only see those companies.

Is this possible? If so, how?

If you are using views to create the directory you can add filter for company name and state. If you expose both the filters users will be able to select the values to filter on.
