New project: mini Social Network/Recruitment tool

Please let me know what you think about the overall feel of the site. I still have several more weeks of development to go so not all links are working at the moment. Basically the premise of the site is to provide a platform for Cordova High Track athletes, coaches, and supporters to interact online, and to provide the general public with relevant information about the organization.

By modifying the profile module, I have allowed athletes to post their stats and some background information. Personal videos and image galleries will come in the near future. I plan to expand the network into a recruitment tool where, interested parties can browse the athletes...essentially a glorified advanced search. As far as the social networking aspect, I'm currently working on integrating buddylist so coaches can create different groups....vaulters, throwers, sprinters, etc.

I would be glad to hear your suggestions and critiques.
