Adsense on Search Results & Removing Adult Search Keywords

I have two simple questions

First,

We would like to add Adsense on the Search Results page.

Can anyone tell how to do this.

Second,

On our website, people are searching for some adult keywords while we do not have any adult content on our site. I am looking for some option to censor the search words.

There is already a discussion on Drupal for this, but i couldn't find where can i feed these words in Drupal 5.x.
