The license on the original script is NOT GPL. It is free for personal or commercial use but NOT GPL and a link back to the site mentioned in the original license IS required.

Please make this clear in the module's description.

You could avoid licensing conflicts with d.o by not including the source of external files and link to the download page in the README.txt instead.
