Hello,
What is needed about this mod is actually the Taxonomy Browser itself, because what is now termed thus is a Category Selector, not Browser. Browser means to have the ability to browse the caegories from the parent to the child and firther to the grandchild.
Not very nice view, ho have 5000 terms in a multiple select or boxed menu

Do you have any plans to implement the real category browsing feature?
Thank you

nancydruPerhaps it is not properly named, but it has been around with this name for quite a long time.
I'm not sure I understand your need. If you want to see how the vocabulary is laid out, rather than the content managed by it, perhaps what you want is Taxonomy List.

Imago commentedThank you for answering. Categorial browsing implies going up and down on the categorial hierarchy. Just implemented the 6.1 patch for the Taxonomy Context, so you can have an idea of what is meant here

TC however is wery heavy to load as there are innecessary levels of categories included in the display. A classical categorial browse needs listing of the immediate children only, not all cousins, parents, and secret (cached) offsprings.
Best regards,
PG

nancydruAfter a lot of thought about this, and consultation with the module's owner, I have to mark this "by design." The module does what it is supposed to do. What you want would have to be a totally different module.
