This is a great looking theme and I have installed both version of it on my test machine just to see what it looks like. I was wondering if there is an easy way of getting the secondary links working on 5.x-1.0? I am newish to PHP and Drupal and I'm not sure if this can be done.

Version 5x-1.1 includes 6x features and also secondary links support (orange bar)

I figured it out but it was actually from someone else's post (I'm sorry I can't remember the post or the person who posted it but credit is yours). You go into Administer > Menus > Settings and set the 'Menu containing primary Links:' to Navigation. Menu Containing Secondary Links was set to Primary Links and I left this alone.
