I run a webcam and the site is just awful right now. It's just a static site, the HTML doesn't validate and it's far from a representation of what I can do now, so I'm not going to share the link just yet.
Anyway, it's on my list to Drupal it (I've already looked at the webcams mod). The webcam portion of it is quite simple. Every 5 minutes I automatically upload a new picture and all the old pictures are pushed back being renamed as they go. So the most recent picture always has the same file name. Eventually the old pictures are completely bumped off and deleted.
The functionality I'd like to incorporate is when someone surfs across my site, and one of the pictures is displaying something interesting that is worth archiving, I'd like them to be able to select the photo and have it saved somewhere permanently -- maybe added to a folder that shows the "best of" pictures for example. Further it would really be cool if as a member of my site, you could create your own collection of favorite pictures from the webcam.
Does anyone have any modules suggestions that might do this for me?

Hmmm.... I'm disappointed no one can recommend anything to do this task. Can someone comment if they believe there is no mod that could do this...? If that is the case, I want to put it behind me and move onto the next challenge!
Collect Nodes?
I thought I'd give this one more bump. I ran across the Collect Nodes mod this morning, but I'm guessing that just organizes nodes and, given my application, I almost need something to copy the node since my images are ever changing.
I launched my site (http://www.kittycam.net/) so if anyone wants to take a look, you can get an idea of what I'm after. Basically, I'd love for users to participate in building a "Best of...".
