Hi. I´ve tried it everywhere, so here I go again: I have Gallery running and want to install gallery2. It need php to be set to 24. Mine is 16. I´m using Xammplite on my machine (it´s an offline site). Where and how do I fix this? php.ini, someone told me. But I don´t find that file. Use phpinfo(). There is no file. Please help me with this..

I also wan´t, or better, need to disable "there are x images in this gallery" How can I do this?

I also would like to insert files made of text only, without images, inside a gallery. It would be great, because I really like the gallery structure. So I would like to have galleries with images, and with text. This is also very, even more urgent! By other words, I want to insert a page or story inside a gallery, not only Image.

Imagine I have a gallery srtucture like this: Gallery1(root), Gallery2 (inside Gallery1) and Gallery3 (inside Gallery2). Gallery 1 and 2 are empty. Gallery 3 has an image inside of it. When lookin at gallery1 I see a thumbnail of the image inside gallery3. And I really would like to see that thumbnail only when looking at gallery3.
How can I achieve that? This is serious, I think it would be better if gallery worked like this.

Look on the Xammplight sight to see where php.ini lives. I think it might be in the windows folder.

I don't know of a way to just have text in a gallery. Maybe you might want to ask in the G2 forums. The other thing you can do is use your stories and in the stories that you want pictures use the G2Image part of the plugin to insert the pictures. Take a look at http://photo.lvthunder.com/node/1 for an example of what I'm saying.

If you have more then one image you can pick which one you want to use for the album by picking it and say make highlight. It has to be a thumbnail though.
